Delivery
Every piece is printed and finished in our workshop before it ships, so delivery starts the day your order is ready — not the day you place it.

How it works
You place the order and choose your area at checkout. We confirm it on WhatsApp, print your piece, and hand it to our courier once it is finished and checked.
You will hear from us when the order is confirmed and again when it is on its way.
Timing
Most orders are ready in 1 to 3 days. Small items are often done the next day; larger or multi-part pieces, and busy weeks before Christmas, take the longer end. We will tell you what to expect when we confirm your order.
The delivery estimate shown at checkout is the courier's time once your piece is ready, not the total time from ordering.
Large pieces
Couriers price by size as well as weight, so a tall or bulky piece can cost more to deliver than the zone rate. Where that applies, checkout tells you, and we confirm the delivery cost with you on WhatsApp before we send anything. Nothing is charged without your agreement.
Paying
Cash on delivery — pay the driver when your order arrives.
Whish or OMT transfer — we send you the details on WhatsApp after you order.
We do not take card payments online.
Pickup
You can collect your order from our pickup point in Zalka instead of having it delivered. Choose “Pickup — Zalka” as your area at checkout and there is no delivery charge.
Pickup is by appointment — we agree a time with you on WhatsApp once your piece is ready, so it is waiting for you rather than you waiting for it.
