We ask for the least we can and still get a printed piece to your door. We do not sell your details, and we do not send marketing to people who did not ask for it.

What we collect when you order

Your name, phone number, delivery address and area, and anything you write in the notes box. An email address only if you choose to give one, or the one you signed in with.

The items you ordered, the amounts, and the payment method you picked. We never see or store card details — we do not take card payments online.

If you sign in with Google

Signing in is optional — you can order as a guest. If you do sign in, Google tells us your name, your email address and your profile picture. Nothing else. We use it only to sign you in and to show you your own past orders.

We do not read your Gmail, your contacts, your calendar or your files, and we never pass anything Google gives us to anyone else.

If you sign in with an email code

You can sign in with any email address instead of Google. You give us the address, we email you a short numeric code, and entering it signs you in. There is no password to choose, forget or have stolen.

We keep the address so we can recognise you next time and show you your own past orders. We do not send marketing to it, and you can ask us to delete the account at any time.

The code itself is sent for us by Resend, an email delivery service. They handle the sending and nothing else.

When you order again

If you are signed in, checkout fills in the name, phone number, address, area and payment method from your own last order, so you do not have to type them again. Nothing comes from anyone else's order, and there is a Clear link on the page if you would rather start from blank — useful if you are sending a piece to someone else.

Guests are not filled in at all: we keep nothing about you in your browser except your basket.

Your basket

Your basket is kept in your own browser, not on our servers, and it holds only item references and quantities. Clearing your browser data clears it.

Who else sees your details

The courier delivering your order gets your name, phone number and address. They need them to reach you.

We are told about new orders through Telegram, so the order details reach us there.

We confirm orders on WhatsApp, so that conversation sits with WhatsApp like any other chat.

If you sign in with an email code, Resend sends that email for us and so handles the address it goes to.

Our website and database are run by Supabase, DigitalOcean and Cloudflare, who hold the data on our behalf and do nothing else with it. Order records are stored on servers in Europe.

That is the complete list. We do not sell your details, rent them, or hand them to advertisers.

How long we keep it

We keep order records so we can honour replacements, answer questions later and keep our accounts straight. If you want your details removed, ask us and we will remove them, keeping only what we have to keep for our own records.

Your choices

Message us on WhatsApp, or email [email protected], and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct anything wrong, or delete it. We do not need a form or a reason.

If you have an account — whether you signed in with Google or with an email code — ask us and we will delete it. That unlinks the account from your past orders; the order records themselves stay in our sales history. If you want the details on those removed as well, say so and we will do that too.

Visits to the site

We may use a privacy-first analytics tool that counts visits and pages without cookies and without identifying anyone. We do not run advertising trackers.

Changes

If we change how we handle your details, we update this page and change the date at the top.
